Registration fee includes: 

Food

  • Orientation with baked goods at 32lakes Cafe and Bakery on the evening of Sept 9

  • Basic aid stations included for each stage (chips, cookies, fruit, electrolyte mix, water; 1-2 aid stations per day) + first aid kit and vehicle..

  • Morning Beverages Included: Hot water and coffee will be provided by Event Team

    • Dish Washing Station, Composting, Recycling, & Trash available by Event Team.

  • Catered Dinner for all Race Stages Sept 10th- 14th

    • Dish Washing Station, Composting, Recycling, & Trash available by Event Team.

    • Beer & beverages will be available by donation.

    • *Participant Responsible for:

  • Breakfast. Participants manage breakfast needs and personal cooking

  • Personal Running fuel. Runners are responsible for personal fueling during the day


Lodging

Sept 9-14, 2026 Camping along the Sunshine Coast Trail 

*Participants Responsible for:

  • bringing own tent and sleeping bag + pad. Recommend personal tent being small and self standing. This will help on compact tenting ground.

  • sharing tent space is encouraged if traveling with a fellow runner(s)

  • arrange personal lodging in qathet for Sept 9th & 14th

Transport between Stages

Stage 1:

  • Shuttle transport from Townsite to Lund harbour.  Boat transportation from Lund to Sarah Point, Start of the Sunshine Coast Trail

    • 2 groups for staggered start

    • Personal gear will be loaded in the Event Vehicle prior to loading the boat. Event Vehicle will be at 1st camp awaiting participants

Stage 2-5:

  • Participants run to the next camp. 

    • Each day personal gear must be loaded into Event Vehicle, prior to Stage Race start. Event Vehicle will depart at race start for that evening's camp with participants gear.

Finish, Stage 5:

  • Sunshine Coast Shuttle from Saltery Bay (end of SCT) to Townsite. 

    • Event Vehicle will be awaiting Participants to collect personal gear.

    • Celebration Dinner at a local venue with Catered Pizza dinner by Supercharger Pizza.

Proceeds will go to support Tla'amin Nation Guardian Program, qPAWS and qathet PROWLS. Learn more 

Not included in the registration fee:

  • Transportation to qathet / Powell River 

  • Lodging in qathet on Sept 9th & 14th

  • Breakfast and additional running nutrition on each stage of the race

  • Camping gear (tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, etc) 

  • Individual medical insurance (participants coming from outside of Canada may want to purchase additional travel and medical insurance that covers races)  

  • Optional tours and visits outside of event. Optional meals outside of event. 

  • Optional beer and beverages available during dinner
