Registration fee includes:
Food
Orientation with baked goods at 32lakes Cafe and Bakery on the evening of Sept 9
Catered Dinners for all Race Stages Sept 10- 14
Dish Washing Station, Composting, Recycling, & Trash available by Event Team.
Beer & beverages will be available by donation.
Basic aid stations included for each stage (chips, cookies, fruit, electrolyte mix, water; 1-2 aid stations per day) + first aid kit and vehicle..
Morning Beverages: Hot water and coffee will be provided by Event Team
Dish Washing Station, Composting, Recycling, & Trash available by Event Team.
Lodging
Camping along the Sunshine Coast Trail as a group for nights Sept 10 to 13.
Transport – to, from and between Stages
Start, Stage 1:
Shuttle transport from Townsite (personal vehicle parking) to Lund harbour.
Boat transportation from Lund Harbour to Sarah Point (start Stage 1 of the SCT)
Stage 2-5:
Daily gear shuttling while participants run to the next camp.
Finish, Stage 5:
Shuttle from trail finish / Saltery Bay (end of SCT) to Townsite.
Celebration Dinner at a local venue with catered pizza dinner by Supercharger Pizza.

Transportation to qathet / Powell River
Lodging in qathet for nights of Sept 9 & 14
Breakfast (+ cooking equipment required)
Additional personal running nutrition for each stage of the race
Camping gear (tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, etc)
Recommend personal tent being small and self standing. This will help on compact tenting ground.
Sharing tent space is encouraged if traveling with a fellow runner(s)
Individual medical insurance (participants coming from outside of Canada may want to purchase additional travel and medical insurance that covers races)
